There will be two meetings:

Friday, September 27th
The meeting will provide an overview of the grant and how it can benefit our communities of Chatham, Bassett, Sandy Level, Union Hall, Patrick Springs and Penhook. The WPPDC will be applying $7 million of PRO Housing funds.
The goal of WPPDC using PRO Housing funds is the creation of new housing in PRO Housing Priority Areas for minority LMI residents, provide homebuyer education or other educational programs for LMI residents and, mortgage buy-downs to allow homes to be deemed affordable to LMI residents.
We look forward to seeing you there and discussing how we can work together to improve our community.
