2026 Stormwater Vulnerability Assessment Request for Proposals
The West Piedmont Planning District Commission is inviting qualified contractors and consulting firms to submit proposals for a Regional Stormwater Vulnerability Assessment for the West Piedmont Planning District, which is funded by the Department of Conservation and Recreation’s Community Flood Preparedness Fund.
2021 5-Year Update
Every five years, the West Piedmont Planning District Commission updates its Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. This process involves the PDC and each of its member jurisdictions collaboratively determining which hazards pose the biggest threat to the West Piedmont Region and which strategies can be performed to mitigate those risks. The plan was last updated in November 2016, so the update process is currently underway for 2021.
