As part of a new regional housing initiative, WPPDC seeks enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated individuals for the following new positions:
This is a full-time position with benefits. The primary duties include providing strategic leadership related to housing, facilitating a regional housing study, administering a regional housing development program, working with local governments to develop housing projects, grant writing and administration to support housing projects, overseeing the creation of local housing plans, and working with local, state, and federal agencies on housing challenges.
Regional Planner – Housing
This is a full-time position with benefits. The primary duties include working with local governments and other partners to develop housing projects, grant writing and administration to support housing rehabilitation and housing production projects, overseeing the creation of local housing plans, and working with local, state, and federal agencies on housing challenges.
Competitive salary range for both positions depends on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid health insurance, life insurance, sick/vacation leave, state holidays, and 457(b) retirement plan.
